We couldn't be happier with our stay at Widewath Barn. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings of the Lakes. The staff, including the lovely hosts Alice and George, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast option could have been better if there were more vegetarian choices available.

The cottage was beautifully refurbished with modern appliances and a comfortable bed. The surrounding area was stunning and offered great opportunities for hiking and swimming. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for activities and dining options. The dogs on the property were adorable and added to the overall charm.

The location was fantastic for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Being able to step out of the barn and immediately enjoy walks in the open countryside was a highlight. the character of the barn was also something that we loved, with its charming and cozy atmosphere. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the size of the TV. It was quite small and made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy any movies or shows in the evenings.

The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities you would need for a holiday cottage. the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the shower had excellent water pressure. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on walks and dining options. the surrounding area was breathtakingly beautiful and there were plenty of opportunities for exploring.

It's difficult to find any negatives, but one minor issue was the size of the TV. since we were looking to escape TV during our stay, it wasn't a major concern.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a gorgeous barm conversion called Widewath Barn in a stunning location. The farm was a perfect base for exploring the Lakes, and our three-year-old loved meeting the lambs up close. The hosts were welcoming and the property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay at Widewath Barn Villa. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with a comfortable and tasteful interior. The views across the fells from the front door were breathtaking. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the farm and even had the opportunity to watch sheep being sheared. Alice, George, and Joe were superb hosts, providing us with everything we needed and being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience exploring the beautiful Lake District. We will definitely be back.
